Nick Cohen:What's Left?: How Liberals Lost Their Way

Why is it Nick Cohen crediting himself with coming from the left, when in actual fact he has always had the belief of criticising the left?

What is the difference between Nick Cohen (Observer Evening Standard), Melanie Phillips (Londonistan), Peter Hitchens (they all write for the right wing media Associated Newspapers Limited) and their US counterparts Ann Coulter and Sean Hannity. I can’t differentiate them as they have the same self-evasive opinion of the left, Muslims and so on.

My main worry is that when Cohen complains about the left as in his Amazon website book Synopsis:

After the American and British wars in Bosnia and Kosovo against Slobodan Milosevic's ethnic cleansers, why were men and women of the Left denying the existence of Serb concentration camps? Why is Palestine a cause for the liberal-Left, but not, for instance, China, the Sudan, Zimbabwe or North Korea? Why can't those who say they support the Palestinian cause tell you what type of Palestine they would like to see?

Why doesn’t Cohen put that same question to those on the right, Blair, Bush and so forth?

Nick Cohen’s book question the left from the right wing point if view in What's Left?: How Liberals Lost Their Way.
